Mountain Bike Ride on July 24, 2008

John, Ian, and Richard got back on the trail Thursday to try to learn to ride again. We rode 4.5 miles in 1 hour 7 minutes, with 21 minutes stopped. We were too busy climbing over and around fallen trees and pushing through weeds and river cane to take any pictures, but here is a map of the route:
