Mt. bike ride Jan 14, 2009

Today Richard, Randy, and John rode 8 miles up Sugar Camp Hollow to the culvert, the Table Rock Trail to English Creek, crossed at Slick Rock Ford and returned by the Bone Breaker to Sugar Camp Hollow. Moving time 2 hours, 4 minutes. 35 minutes stopped. Total Ascent 685 feet. Temperature 50 degrees. Incidents: John has learned not to ride across Slick Rock Ford from past unpleasant experiences. Randy and Richard learned that today as they both fell on the rock in the creek and had a very cold ride back to the cabin. At least they did not break anything or have a groin pull they way John did in 2007. Unfortunately John did not have his camera out when this incident occurred.
