Mt. Bike Ride on Jan. 7, 2009

Richard Rogers, John Ross, Randy Stanfield, Andrew and Bryan Welch rode 7 miles today on the Homeplace, Sulphur Spring and Worley Bottom trails.
A great photo op was missed when Randy did this but popped a wheelie on the downside and fell over flat on his back. Some parts are going to be really sore tomorrow. Here is Richard doing it much more cautiously:
