This message is just in from EC about Andrew’s racing record in Texas:
Howdy John. I will have lots of professional photos to post of Andrew racing later. (the two main race photographers are in our club) But for now, here are a few snapshots of Andrew that my wife got with our camera. The laps were quoted at 10 miles, but every person with a computer (that is practically every one with a bike) got 11 miles every lap. Andrew exceeded his goals and got a WHOPPING 7 LAPS!!!! That is 77 miles of some VERY grueling trails. As a matter of fact, one of our crew members races in the Expert class and only did 2 more laps! It was really tough to keep the motivation to make ourselves ride when our bodies were shouting “NO!”. Enjoy these preliminary photos. I will send more later. Cheers, EC–
